Kid's books are important because they expand the limits of their imaginations.
Stories are the most powerful way to teach children important lessons. Stories shape our deepest beliefs and dreams. When we heard that Michael Jordan was cut from his high school basketball team, we were inspired to reach past our failures....even if the story wasn't true.
In not too many years your child is going to shape the world with the quality of their character. They'll stand up to the bully, sing in front of the crowd, sink the winning shot, solve the baffling equations and let their love shine in the dark places.
The question is, will they dream big enough? Will they reach far enough to challenge all of the potential locked up inside of them?
The answer is yes, if they're inspired.
They'll need stories to stretch their imagination. Books that push them to grow, to face their fears, to love themselves and their neighbor. Doing the right thing is hard and changing the world takes guts.

Book Reviews!
Lauren SauderWe loved reading this book! Having a 4 year old son who tends towards being a "rule follower" and perfectionist, it was a great book for us to read together. It sparked some good discussion on how his value and our/God's love for him isn't based on what he does or doesn't do, but rather who he is and who he belongs to! Thanks for a great book with a great message!

Veronica TompkinsI bought this book for my two grandsons who love adventure stories. It is a wonderful, imaginative tale that kept their attention with the bonus of a timeless message of unconditional love. We lingered over several of the page spreads enjoying the details of each illustration. Finally as the story came to a close, we had a great discussion of how great our heavenly father's love is for us! Well done! It is sure to become a family classic in our home.
